The boat has a safety certificate valid until19th December 2023.
The boat has 3 Leisure batteries with 3000 Watt inverter for when cruising and an onboard charging system for when moored up .
At the rear of boat there is a double bed which can be changed into a sofa optional with a small built in wardrobe.
In the kitchen area there is a 3 way fridge that works with Electric ,Gas or 12 volt .
Has a lovely wood burner and Diesel night heater 1 year olds for extra added warmth.
Kitchen has had new wooden flooring also has black work tops and sink.
Boat has a shower facility with new shower head and taps only fitted about a year ago with a cassette toilet.
The front bedroom is two single beds which can be used as seats or turns into a double bed and has a small sink.
The boat has just been blacked up to the water line and has had a fresh coat off paint all the way around the boat The windows were taken out and refitted with varnished inner timber frames and silicone to seal .
The hull which is a steel top and bottom was Surveyed 4 years ago when I bought the boat and had already been over plated and was it great condition hence buying it to live on (see pictures)
Unfortunately I have misplaced the paperwork to prove this but I do have the date on photos to show it was Surveyed.
I’ve just had a brand new boiler fitted and gas safety Checked.
She is a beautiful boat that can be used for travelling or can be bought with residential mooring has access to running water and electric hook up .
Mooring is situated in a beautiful spot in Bishops Storford has own garden space and is surrounded by picturesque fishing lakes and countryside ,also there is easy access to train station and main town centre.
I had the boat serviced at the end off last summer with an oil change ect.
