Description

Ivy Bridge Marine were renowned for their quality shells, and are always admired wherever they go, with those little finishing touches such as recessed panels, cabin top stop beam, scribed decks and Anser pins. The solid tug style shell offers maximum internal space, with the permanent large double berth under the deck, still leaving space for a storage locker.
Internally there is a mix of modern and traditional, forward of the engine room is in painted finishes and could be described as shabby chic, whilst the engine room and Boatmans cabin are traditionally scumbled and painted.
The Russell Newbery DM2 engine has plenty of brass fittings for you to polish and produces that mellow slow exhaust note which many boat owners only dream of.
The compact washing machine with 230V power available from the landline or Mastervolt inverter, makes trips to the launderette a thing of the past.
Currently Herbert sleeps two but providing the Boatmans cabin with a set of cushions for the bed box, will increase the accommodation to four. Presently the cabin is heated by a solid fuel stove, but it should not prove too difficult to add a diesel fired central heating system.
