71 foot, motored Butty. Steel hull with a timber superstructure. We have owned this vessel for 38 years and regularly docked her but are now finding it hard to find the time to look after as we should, as a result the superstructure is in need of some TLC in a few places but I am pricing it accordingly taking into account condition and mooring location. The last docking was 2016 but we normally docked her between 4 to 6 years, when docked in 2016 we hade a full hull survey done and the few minor issues delt with.
