The asking price is reduced as I need to put deposit down towards a much bigger boat.
Proper Job has been my home and pride since January 2019.
I started my life on the water with Proper Job and have tried my hardest to keep my floating home in excellent condition.
Sadly it is time for me to say goodbye to Proper Job and move onboard a much bigger boat due to some changes in my life.
It is ready to be moved in. Perfect for new boaters or seasoned boaters. You don’t need to do any work on Proper Job. It is in top tip condition and ready to sail!
Perfect size for cruising in London. You can turn it around anywhere in the canals without the need for a winding hole. Spacious with clever and ample amount of storage for an individual or a couple.

- Proper Job is sold with all cruising and mooring equipment such as lines, fenders, mooring pins, mallet, etc.
TOUR OF THE BOAT
Entering from the rear deck there is the engine room, electronic switches and the batteries.
Opening the door, next there is a double bed.
The bed is cosy and elevated enough to be able to look outside the windows when lying down! There is generous amount of storage under the bed.
Moving down the boat is the galley. It has a Voyager 4500 cooker with 2 hobs, a grill and an oven. All working fine.
The sink is stainless steel.
There is a 12V Inlander fridge with an icebox. There are lots of cupboards, cabinets and shelves.
Next is the corridor with a closet, a bathroom and a seperate shower room.
In the bathroom there is a cassette, a sink and a cupboard. I have found using a cassette to be a lifesaver since there are so many problems with pump-out stations on London waterways.
The standing shower has a whale gulper pump. It was cleaned in Summer 2021.
Next is the cabin. There is an Aarrow solid fuel stove, an L shaped (book)shelf with three levels, a 240V TV and a sofa. The sofa can turn into a single bed. There is an island table tucked away next to the shelf
The solid fuel stove has been maintained regularly. The glass was replaced in Summer 2019. The flue was painted in Summer 2020. The the fire ropes on the flue and around the door were replaced in Summer 2021.
Finally there is a spacious covered bow area with storage under the seats. The cratch cover is in good condition without any leaks.
