Boat Exterior

Blacked and anodes checked in 2019 by a local marina. The semi-trad stern is large enough for a party to gather while cruising, or to accommodate a bistro table and chairs at rest. It includes a locker for storage of gas bottles.

The engine is a Vetus Hyundai VH4.80HP, with only 174 hours on the clock. It is fitted with two alternators that charges 3 leisure batteries and a 1 starter battery. At the front of the boat there is space for two freestanding chairs, and also a built-in bench and a spacious bow locker. Vetus Bow Thrusters provide additional manoeuvrability.

Interior

Plenty of Headroom, light and airy.

Flooring throughout is of engineered oak, apart from the bathroom where wood-design vinyl is used.

From the stern, three steps which double as storage give access to the capacious full-width kitchen with granite worktops, butler sink, Belling Gas oven and four-ring hob. Washer-dryer, Shoreline Fridge and Freezer which can run on 240V or 12V. Ample cupboard space above and below. The mushroom vent above the kitchen has its own extractor fan.

The full-width lounge benefits from a Petit Godin Cast Iron Multifuel Stove. The other furniture is free-standing, allowing you to put your own stamp on the boat.

Next a corridor provides access to the first bedroom, currently fitted with a single bed with full-depth soft-closing under-bed drawers, but can be easily adapted for bunks or a double. Deep, fitted wardrobe providing lots of storage.

Bathroom has a Thetford macerator pump-out toilet, shower with extractor fan, vessel sink mounted on a granite countertop with ample storage below.

The full width master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe. There is access to both sides of the bed. Cavernous storage space under the bed is useful for large items.

Heating to radiators in each room is supplied by a Webasto diesel heater. Hot water can be provided via the Webasto, immersion heater or calorifier from the engine.

The electrical system has a changeover switch to move from shoreline power to the hefty 3000W Vetus inverter. A Vetus battery charger charges domestic and starter batteries and a separate battery for the bow thrusters. The combination of systems on the boat make it equally comfortable for cruising and leisure use.
