Fantastic home widebeam narrowboat for sale. Although 10ft wide it has such a large open feel, and is so much easier to handle than a bigger boat. At 5.3in i needed something i could manage and this was perfect for me. It is light and airy as has 8 full size windows in the living area and kitchen alone.
This is a ONE OWNER BOAT and i am that owner. This boat needs to be seen as my photography skills leave a lot to be desired.

Professional fit out by an amazing carpenter in 2018. The boat was built in 2017 but stayed out of the water for 10 months while it was professionally fitted. It went into the water in august 2018 and i bought it in September 2018. One owner since, myself. Having to downsize and reluctantly having to sell quickly. Full books on all works completed in folders which have been so handy.

Lots of add ins including two pram covers both front and back. 18 months ago Four solar panels with VictronConnect system was added which you can access via your phone. Everything nice and simple. Most furniture is included plus 8 months left on a leisure mooring in Ware Herts fully paid for. This allows you to get used to your boat and having a stunning riverside mooring for free for 8 months. The mooring is fully transferable if required. Location is 10 minute walk from ware station. And the same from the centre of ware herts. Train into Liverpool Street 40 mins and Tottenham Hale 30 mins. Mooring to be discussed when purchasing. I will also be leaving some of the furniture if you want it. I HAVE SPENT OVER £12,000 ON EXTRAS … all have added real quality to the boat.

The boat is 4 years old and comes with all standard supplies plus extra windows for lots and lots of light. All windows apart from two are large rectangular windows and my duck hatch also has a opening window and frame for even extra light. I find light is a really important need on a boat to access all the views and allow the sense of openness and space.

This boat had her full BSS survey completed last September and passed with flying colours. Will need blacking next year. Engine is having a full survey within the next couple of weeks. Little use of the engine as boat has moved from one marina to another on river mooring. Low mileage 515 hours only over 5 years

Modern kitchen with all mod cons inc wine cooler and spice bottle rack, lots and lots of storage, sleek charcoal grey and wood design kitchen which is always a wow factor when you enter the boat. Lots of work space. Belling 5 stove top, separate grill and fan assisted oven which can all be used on the cut.

Living room is 24ft long and 30ft long with open plan kitchen giving the feeling of space Trendy and open plan to make as your own. Coat fire changes colour as the stove heats which is cool. TV point and slate grey rads throughout running on Webasto.

Bedroom with king size high bed with tons of storage underneath with lifting mattress, 4 fitted wardrobes, with fitted shelves all completed by carpenter - carpet in bedroom, and covered stern with windows for a morning room off bedroom. Where i spend most of my time in summer

Fully fitted modern bathroom again with lots of storage, and space for washing machine in bathroom. Where i keep all my trainers. The bathroom has a pump out toilet and a thetford toilet with lots of space as with every other room. The measured layouts are perfect for a one bedroom boat. However the bedroom could be divided into two bedrooms as is very large, if required.

All in all a looked after loved boat with low mileage and a modern but homely design and ready to have your stamp put on. You can move straight onto this boat with no additional outlay needed. Thank you for looking.
